The EuroCave Inspiration S maturing cabinet – 28 bottles – Solid technical door was designed to integrate the performance of a true wine cellar directly into the heart of contemporary kitchens. Built-in and integrable, it benefits from the latest innovations developed by EuroCave to offer ideal storage conditions while harmoniously integrating with kitchen furniture. Its reversible solid technical door, equipped with a soft-close mechanism and a door stop, combines discretion, elegance, and ease of use. It accepts a decorative panel up to 20 mm thick, allowing for a perfectly uniform integration into your kitchen.

EuroCave technologies at your wines' service

The cabinet features electronic regulation with an adjustable temperature range from 5 °C to 20 °C, controlled from a backlit LED touch screen with external display. It is also equipped with automatic defrosting, a double-protection anti-freeze safety thermostat, an activated carbon filter, a humidity cassette, as well as visual and audible alarms ensuring constant monitoring of key operating parameters. Interior lighting is provided by a light guide and two LEDs, while four adjustable feet facilitate installation.

The Inspiration S – 28 bottles – Solid technical door model is available in two configurations to meet different uses.

Wine Serving Configuration (V-INSP-S-TD)
Designed to keep your bottles ready for tasting, this configuration accommodates up to 28 bottles and includes 2 sliding shelves, 1 half-shelf, as well as a Wine Serving module, offering quick access to the most frequently used bottles.

Premium Configuration (V-INSP-S-TD PR)
Aimed at maximizing storage capacity, this version accommodates up to 29 bottles thanks to 4 sliding shelves complemented by a storage grid, combining storage capacity and accessibility.

Its reversible technical glass door with double glazing, argon gas, and UV protection, its soft-close mechanism, and the possibility of adding a decorative panel up to 20 mm thick allow it to blend harmoniously with your kitchen furniture.

Premium Configuration (V-INSP-S-IT PR)
Designed to maximize storage capacity, this version accommodates 29 bottles and is equipped with 4 sliding shelves ACMSIB complemented by a storage grid, prioritizing greater storage capacity while maintaining fluid access to bottles thanks to ball-bearing glides.

In both configurations, the shelves incorporate the exclusive Sommelier's Hand technology, designed to securely hold each bottle while limiting vibrations that could affect wine aging.

The EuroCave Inspiration S – 28 bottles – Full Glass maturation cabinet combines EuroCave conservation technologies with a design optimized for contemporary kitchens. Built-in or freestanding, it features an elegant frameless Full Glass door, which is reversible and made of double-glazed glass with argon gas and anti-UV treatment to protect bottles from light. Its compact size allows it to integrate easily into any kitchen while offering a genuine solution dedicated to wine maturation.

Controlled conditions for wine maturation

Its temperature zone, adjustable from 5 °C to 20 °C, is electronically controlled from a touch-sensitive LED screen. The cabinet combines an Embraco Inverter compressor with R600a gas, 6 cm polyurethane foam insulation, an internal air circulation fan, and a 100% active activated carbon filter. The humidity cassette with clay beads helps control hygrometry, while the Main du Sommelier supports isolate bottles from vibrations. Alarms monitor temperature, humidity, sensor, door opening, and the annual replacement of the activated carbon filter. Its operation reaches 37 dB(A).

The Premium Configuration – V-INSP-S FG PR accommodates up to 29 bottles and includes 4 sliding shelves ACMSIB, prioritizing fully sliding storage and easy access to the collection.

The sliding shelves are mounted on ball bearing runners and benefit from the Main du Sommelier anti-vibration technology. The cabinet also features amber LED lighting, a lock, and a reversible door. An activated carbon filter, a humidity cassette with clay beads, bottle identifiers with erasable white marker, and a key ring are included.
