Designed to replicate the conditions of a natural cellar, this cellar was developed around the essential criteria for the proper evolution of bottles: temperature stability, humidity control, air circulation, vibration protection and UV protection. Thanks to its dual hot/cold regulation and automatic winter function, the temperature remains stable throughout the year, while humidity is optimized by the principle of the thermodynamic pump, which also ensures homogeneous air circulation inside the cellar. The slow-cycle compressor mounted on silent blocks effectively reduces vibrations that can affect wine aging and contributes to a particularly quiet operation of only 37 decibels.

The new generation glass door uses reinforced double glazing with Argon gas, offering improved insulation while ensuring effective protection against UV rays with up to 97% UV filtration.
