The EuroCave Pure M wine maturing cabinet combines the latest wine preservation technologies with a sleek, contemporary design made to seamlessly blend into modern interiors. As an intermediate model in the Pure Series, it offers an excellent balance between storage capacity and size, making it an ideal solution for enthusiasts who want to mature their collection under optimal conditions. Available with a Full Glass door or a Black Piano solid door, it is equipped with a reversible door with a lock to easily adapt to your space.

EuroCave technology at the service of your wines

Designed to recreate the conditions of a natural cellar, the Pure M benefits from electronic regulation with an adjustable temperature range from 5°C to 20°C. Its touch LED screen allows you to display and set the temperature and humidity level, while several alarms monitor the main operating parameters, including open door, temperature, probe, active charcoal filter, and humidity threshold. Its Embraco Inverter compressor with R600a gas, combined with 6 cm polyurethane foam insulation, an air circulation fan, a 100% active charcoal filter with a replacement counter, a humidity cassette, automatic defrosting, and a condensate collection tray, helps maintain a stable environment, ideal for wine maturing.

Storage designed to preserve every bottle

The Pure M is available with different storage configurations, including, depending on the version, ACMS sliding shelves or a Presentation configuration. All benefit from the exclusive Main du Sommelier (Sommelier's Hand) technology, designed to securely hold each bottle while limiting vibrations. The sliding shelves rest on ball-bearing runners ensuring smooth handling, while their modular design allows them to adapt to different bottle formats. The cabinet is also equipped with amber LED lighting offering three operating modes (permanent, upon door opening, or deactivated), an on/off button, adjustable feet at the front, and an integrated lock. An optional ambient light guide is also offered when ordering.
